Identify and initiate conversation with Chief Marketing Officers from different industries. Sending emails and cold calling to schedule appointments for a detailed discussion to understand their marketing priorities & providing appropriate solution.

This position will require lots of phone and computer based work including but not limited to web searches, database searches, and data entry.

Essential Functions

  • Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
  • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company s established trading partners, clientele, or prospects.
  • Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline and enter into the Sales CRM.
  • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities. Works closely with Support, Account Management and Business Development.
  • Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations.
  • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the IT (NoC, Infra management, Cloud and E-Commerce) Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

Required Education and Experience

  • 4 plus years of technology sales and high level account management in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in technology or services selling within any domain like E-Commerce, IT infrastructure.
  • Should have managed and achieved Annual Sales Target of $100K and above.
  • Outgoing personality with vision and energy to build a great organization.
  • Extensive business and professional network.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years in a sales or sales support role.

Preferred Education and Experience


Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and Master in Business Administration Experience with business-to-business commerce and Internet communication software. Two years in customer service, public speaking or training role in a technology company. Other Duties

4 + years of experience in a technical support environment working with Cisco products In depth understanding of and Practical Experience in Wide Range of Cisco R & S products like 3750, 4500,6500 switches and 1800,1900,2800,3800,3900 Routers.
Good hands-on experience in WAN link issue isolation and knowledge on MPLS technology.
Practical experience in Cisco router and switch IOS upgradation and troubleshoot.
Topics like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, IP SLA, QoS,GRE Tunnels, etc.
Switching protocols/methodologies (VLANS, Spanning-Tree etc.)
Experience in Cisco router /switch hardware troubleshoot/ isolation of the issue
Proven experience and Troubleshooting working with Cisco IOS Software like 12.x and 15.x
Analysis of Capacity & Availability performance of network and provide recommendations Implement a change in accordance with change plan.
Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues Ability to work a flexible schedule Previous customer service or helpdesk experience Good technical understanding of internetworking technologies will be added advantage.

Job Description

To enhance our global support team, we are hiring a Customer Support Engineer with strong and proven customer services experience in the IT market to be based in our Bangalore, India office. The Customer Support Engineer will build and expand upon our professional and quality support service to all XXCompany customers and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding internal Service Level Agreement targets and expectations. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service focused attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead in the diagnosis and resolution of more complex user issues through the use of XXCompany standard
  • Incident Management processes.
  • Ensure all case details are recorded correctly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure that knowledge is transferred and shared within the team.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of all process documentation that is relevant to XXCompany and its customers.
  • Work within the development cycle to assist with product enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications

Essential
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Sr. Technical Support Role or Sr. System Engineer Role.
    • Solid knowledge of:
    • TCP/IP protocol stack including addressing
    • TCP/IP, routing, switching, cabling, internet protocols (BGP,ISIS, and OSPF), firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
    • SQL databases
    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • General inter-networking (e.g Active Directory)
    • Networking concepts and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, TFTP, HTTP, iptables and PXE booting.
    • Commands/utilities including but not limited to Apache, FTP, telnet, SSH, SMTP, POP, IMAP
